Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

-Condition:** The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Tags:** It must include all original tags.
- Proof of Purchase:** You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care items (such as beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

For questions about specific items, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
